Self Evaluation

SElf-evaluation

The key to improvement for Elmcroft Nursery lies in reflective practice of all stakeholders. The more that we are able to reflect on and analyse what we do at present, the better able we will be build on our strengths and improve on our weaknesses. The central purpose of self-evaluation is to improve and ensure better outcomes for our children and families.

It is very important to see self-evaluation as an on-going process rather than as a one off event. Self-evaluation is a journey rather that a destination, and its not something that is ever completed!
